Booked a room with spectacular views of the mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very generous and attentive people from every member of the staff. Location: the hotel was short walk to the local bus station. I had some drinks at Downunder Pub, positioned 600 feet away.

The venue was good value, I loved the location right by all the happenings like restaurants as well as 2 really good night markets, and city views. Nice hot and marvellous breakfast, the food was local! The hotel's setting was central and the staff were extremely helpful and caring people with great service. I tried some drinks at bar Gekko Garden, located 10 minutes walk away.
The bed was a little hard in this place.

The rooms are tidy and new-fashioned, provided with with 2 twin beds and "mountain view", for instance.

The traditional decor gives this place a unique character that's really refreshing. The room we had was clean, with a comfortable bed and solid water pressure in the shower.
A few things could use improvement, the noise from nearby bars can be disruptive, especially if you're on a lower floor. The breakfast selection lacked variety and leaned heavily on fried options-not great for early risers. The parking situation was a nightmare. It seemed poorly managed, leading to a frustrating experience needing to leave promptly. The pool is small and too chilly for a proper swim, and I noticed the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times too. Lastly, the location is darker than expected when approaching at night.

The hotel is in a prime spot, so we easily explored the markets and enjoyed a night out. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Make sure to check out some local restaurants nearby. They're amazing! A small tip, the breakfast is decent, but a little more variety would be nice.

This place is great, and has everything I need. The wi-fi is reliable, the fitness centre well-equipped, and the staff are always friendly. They helped me find my way during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the full body massage for relaxation. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The King Suite offered ample space for our family, but the breakfast options need diversification. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the nearby eateries that offered local delicacies. Tip, ensure you confirm any airport shuttles the day before!

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the night market, made exploring convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with varied daily options that catered well to different tastes, including some good local dishes. The pool area was smaller than expected, and the Wi-Fi tended to be unreliable at times, quite challenging to stay connected. Lastly, the noise from nearby establishments could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep if you're on a lower floor.
